Based in Sydney and servicing all of New South Wales, this unique role as Business Development Manager will have you working alongside an existing team member to provide an equal commitment to our customers as well as our people. You will thrive on the challenge of targeting untapped markets and reaching new opportunities while watching the business grow. Calling on our diverse clients, and merchant network, you will be driven by building effective relationships, and pride yourself on your industry knowledge and tailored solutions.

Previous industry experienced is advantageous however more importantly, to be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous BDM/Account Management experience with proven sales abilities and the ability to develop a targeted sales plan for the NSW market
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to build strong, effective relationships
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • The drive to work autonomously, while contributing to the overall team
  • The ability to provide expert product support and advice to customers
  • The ability to adapt to customers' needs with a solution focus
  • The ability to drive revenue and profit across NSW through product implementation and sales
  • A positive attitude and a sense of humour
  • Sound computer skills and enjoy the benefits of a connected workplace
  • Industrial sales experience would be a plus
  • The desire and willingness to promote the Hydroflow range via trade shows/nights as required
